Hyundai Santro Achieves 5 Lakh Exports Milestone

Hyundai Motor India Ltd, the country’s largest exporter and second largest car manufacturer announced that its most popular car, the Hyundai Santro has registered exports of more than 5 lakh units from the country. The Santro with its ‘Tall Boy’ design re-defined the concept of driving at the time of its launch and since then, it has created a mark for itself with lakhs of customers with its styling, safety and comfort. The popular ‘Made in India’ Santro is now exported to more than 80 countries across continents.

On the occasion, H W Park, MD & CEO, HMIL, said, “I am extremely delighted to announce that the export of the Santro has reached 5 lakh units.
